    Usually sooner. The first conversation is a free phone call, and together you find a time that fits.

  3. Do the forms early.

    They are online. Done ahead, the whole hour goes to what matters.

  4. Your first session.

    On the hour, 50 minutes. Take a seat in the waiting room and Dr. Fogle will come get you.

The building sits at 1718-1720 Peachtree Street NW, at the corner of Peachtree and 25th. Park in the garage under the building (entrance off 25th Street), or pull in at the front and park behind the building.

From the elevator on the 5th floor, turn right and follow the hallway to the south tower; you will see Dr. Fogle’s name on the signage. Take a seat in the waiting room, and she will come get you for your appointment.

How much does therapy with Dr. Fogle cost?

The cost of therapy is $300 for each individual therapy session and $325 for each couples therapy session. Assisted reproduction consultations for donor egg or donor sperm are $400 and run 1 to 1.5 hours. Therapy appointments are booked on the hour and run 50 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

Dr. Fogle is an out-of-network provider. An invoice (superbill) can be provided so you can be reimbursed for a portion of the cost by your insurance company. Contacting your insurance company ahead of time is recommended to determine the particulars of your plan.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the cost of your care. Under the No Surprises Act (HR133, Title 45 Section 149.610), you have the right to request one before scheduling any non-emergency service, including psychotherapy, and it is particularly important if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it, so keep a copy or a photo of the estimate. What does Dr. Fogle specialize in?

Women's issues, mood disorders, anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, infertility, assisted reproductive counseling and evaluations, and relationship difficulties. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate from the University of Denver's APA-accredited program.
